Frisco is the youngest housing stock we work on, and that is exactly why we work on it.
The city went from a small town to a large one in about twenty years, which means most Frisco homes were built fast, on land that was scraped, filled and compacted on a builder’s schedule, over Blackland Prairie clay that moves more than almost any soil in the country. A post-tension slab poured on that combination behaves well for a decade and then finds its level.
The calls we take here are consistent: a house between eight and twenty years old, one corner low, cracks opening above a window or a garage door, and an owner who assumed a newer home meant no foundation problems. It does not work that way here. Age protects a house on this soil, because the ground under an older home has already been through thirty seasons of swelling and shrinking.

We measure elevations across the whole house and show you the numbers before we quote anything. A newer Frisco home with one low corner often needs a handful of piers rather than the perimeter someone else priced, and we would rather tell you that than sell you the bigger job.
